More than 30,000 additional residents are expected to call the Redlands Coast home in the next decade and demand for healthcare services continues to grow.

A range of projects to provide more and better healthcare services at Redland Hospital have been completed or are underway.

Multi-level car park

Redland Multi-level Car Park artist's impressionMetro South Health is committed to creating additional car parking capacity at Redland Hospital to meet the needs of patients, visitors and staff now, and into the future.

A new five-level car park will be built at Redland Hospital to provide easier and more secure car parking. When it opens in early 2022, the new multi-level car park will bring the total number of onsite car parks to 1162.

The car park will be built in the north-west corner—which is behind the existing hospital buildings—and will have a dedicated access road. Patients, visitors and staff will continue to be able to access parking on and around the Redland Hospital campus while construction of the car park is underway.

The cost for car parking will be finalised in the lead up to the opening of the multi-level car park. Concessions will be available for eligible patients and carers.
