About us

Beaudesert Hospital is a modern rural health care facility located in Queensland’s Scenic Rim region. The hospital has a rich history, having provided quality health care services to the local community for 115 years.

Services we provide

We provide a range of speciality services including general medicine and surgery, birthing services, antenatal and postnatal care, palliative care, mental health and oral health. We also operate a 24-hour emergency department.

The return of procedural services to Beaudesert Hospital means we now provide a range of minor surgical procedures under local and general anaesthetic, allowing local residents to receive treatment closer to home.

In 2014, Beaudesert Hospital welcomed the birth of our first babies in more than a decade. We now provide a range of obstetric services for local women with low-risk pregnancies.
